Ms. Shalini Sujanani (also known as Mrs. Shalini Mulchandani) is a Banking & Finance professional with over 25 years of experience. She is currently working with a large European Bank and is responsible for senior coverage of a number of large corporates based in Hong Kong and in China with business interests across a number of sectors ranging from Aviation to Technology. Ms. Sujanani has covered a number of geographies and products, where she has been involved in origination, structuring and execution of a multitude of financial transactions. Most recently Ms. Sujanani was part of a team that led the investment for her firm in a Hong Kong based Fintech.
Ms. Sujanani holds an honours degree in Economics from the London School of Economics.

Dr. Rizwan Ullah has over 10 years of experience in teaching and addressing the education needs of Non-Chinese speaking students (NCSS) in Hong Kong. His expertise lies in the discourse of Chinese language education of NCSS and how to implement Multicultural Education in a school context. Currently, he is a co-investigator in various research projects that investigate the issue of multilingualism, multiculturalism and articulation pathways of NCSS.
Dr. Ullah completed his PhD at The University of Hong Kong.

• In addition, he serves as an educational advisor to the Pakistani Students Association in Hong Kong (PSA) and as a council member of Pakistan Association of Hong Kong.
• Recently, he launched a YouTube channel, Top Tips with Dr. Riz, with 3 of his students to help NCS students with preparation and adaptation to the local education system.
• Dr. Ullah was awarded the Chief Executive Commendation for Community Services in 2015 and the Certificate of Commendation from the Secretary for Home Affairs for Distinguished Services for Community Building in 2013.
