One Community

One Community is an independent charity providing voluntary sector support and community development in Eastleigh & Fareham. It also provides care services, information and community transport in the borough of Eastleigh and beyond Our aim is to improve the quality of life for the people we serve, particularly older people, carers and people with disabilities, through the work of our various projects.
