5. Contractors a. Contractors must dispose of their own debris outside of TGO. Contractor generated debris includes, but not limited to, trees, brush, construction materials, and any other debris created by the contractor. b. CONTRACTORS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO USE THE CSA MAINTENANCE YARD for any waste disposal or leave debris in front of the Owner’s property for pick up by the CSA. (This rule does not includes residents/renters who run a contracting/lawn business in TGO). c. Owners may not dispose of a contractor’s debris in the CSA Maintenance Yard on behalf of a contractor.
