his pandemic is proving many things that we used to be told were impossible to do, such as the issue of remote working" –says Silvina Moschini, the CEO of Transparent Business, from her home, where she is in quarantine, like the rest of her team, scattered throughout the continent. We talked to her to understand how the dynamics of work are being transformed by the pandemic, the challenges, and opportunities for business restructuring in the United States and Latin America. "Looking for excuses is easier than changing the way you solve problems. But I think there's a before and after and that's it,” said Moschini

sta pandemia está demostrando muchas cosas que antes nos decían que eran imposibles de hacer, como el tema del trabajo remoto’” –dice Silvina Moschini, la CEO de Transparent Business, desde su casa, donde cumple con la cuarentena, igual que el resto de su equipo, disperso por todo el continente. ADAPTACIÓN
Todas las personas y sectores económicos se han visto afectados de una u otra manera. A pesar de esto, hay algunos que están teniendo una bonanza económica (como las compañías de telecomunicaciones o servicios de entrega a domicilio), pero los otros están reinventándose. “Por ejemplo, los gimnasios: lo que hicieron fue llevar las clases online. Tienen clases de yoga, CrossFit, lo que se te ocurra. Otras, que lo tienen un poco más difícil, pero que poco a poco están cambiando de modelo, son las que antes tenían su comercio de forma tradicional, y ahora están vendiendo sus productos
