y name is Stefan Hessman and I am from Sweden. I see myself as an art and nature photographer. I say that I paint with my camera as I am interested in folk lore and legends.
I create mystical and suggestive images. It’s usually in black and white because I can then bring out what I see in the pictures and hope that the viewer sees it too. Nature is the place where I typically find my beautiful models. It’s just so wonderful and we have to really care for it and not let it be destroyed. One of the projects that I’m working on right now is a documentation of a man who became homeless in february 2007. It was through my work as a security guard that I got to meet him in church and I have known him for about 2 years. After showing him some of my photos he asked me if I wanted to document his life and I gladly accepted that offer. My photos are to be seen at my instagram: natursandviken.

The heart is something we all need. And the world is in need of more hearts and love, so that we can remain on this earth. It was amazing to see this heart out there in the nature. You just instantly felt the connection to the nature and you felt free and reminded of the love you have for our earth. Love conquers all.
