Grilled Salmon & Tofu with Hatch Chiles & Kale Salad Kale Salad with a Sesame, Lemon & Honey dressing
Juice a whole Meyer's Lemon into a large salad bowl and add: • 3 Tbsp Honey • 3 tbsp Sesame oil • 1 tsp dijon mustard • salt & pepper to taste • 1 bunch chopped kale Stir all the ingredients at the bottom of your salad bowl. Add chopped kale & massage your kale into the dressing. Pour kale salad into serving bowls, top with peppers, tofu & salmon.
