With the impacts of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) that keep devastating the lives and livelihood globally, the Surigao del Norte Provincial Police Office (SDN-PPO) is advancing the ‘Barangayanihan Help’ or ‘Bayanihan’ in barangays and food bank. It aims to help the communities especially now that heightened restrictions are imposed with the implementation of the modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ) in Surigao City and other municipalities within Surigao del Norte province. Recipients can avail of the food and nonfood items such as rice, coffee, milk, sugar, vegetables, eggs, canned goods, noodles, soaps, and other essential goods that
