Applied Science Learning science hands-on will broaden your understanding of the world around you, and give you a qualification that’s highly valued by employers and universities. Our applied science students are encouraged to undertake work placements to gain even more real-world experience, with previous employers including University of Bristol, the NHS, We The Curious and Specsavers.
Starting my course, I believed work experience wasn’t really needed, but getting that experience meant I really stood out to universities.
