Creative Arts and Media Our creative arts facilities include art and design workshops, fashion studios, movie suites, dark rooms and more. Our students also have the opportunity to undertake projects alongside Bristol’s media employers, which in the past have included BBC and Aardman.
Creative Media Production Certificate Level 1
Awarded by Pearson/Edexcel College Green Centre One year, full-time This course is an entry-level introduction into the world of creative media production. You will complete assignments to start building your portfolio, as well as completing a BTEC Personal and Social Development qualification and learning employability skills.
Creative Media (TV and Film Production) Diploma Level 2
Awarded by UAL College Green Centre One year, full-time This course is for students who are interested in digital art and media, and more specifically, TV and film. You will learn a range of basic creative skills and subject-specific ones, and research the individual styles of a range of TV and film professionals.
Creative Media TV, Film and Audio Production Diploma Level 3
Awarded by UAL College Green Centre Two years, full-time This course teaches students a variety of production methods including filming, lighting, sound recording and video/sound editing. You will enrol onto the one-year Foundation Diploma initially, then for year two you could progress onto the Extended Diploma, or transfer to another creative Diploma such as Graphic Design or Photography.
Creative Media (Games Design and Animation) Diploma Level 2
Awarded by UAL College Green Centre One year, full-time This course is for students who are interested in digital art and media, and more specifically, games design and animation. You will learn a range of basic creative skills and subjectspecific ones, and research the individual styles of a range of games design and animation professionals.
