Youth Programs Create Your Own Comic Contest All Ages Jan. 1-24
Create a one-page comic and earn the chance to win fabulous prizes! The contest will have four age brackets: ages 6 and under; ages 7-12; ages 13-17; and ages 18 and up. Entry forms are available at the Carnegie-Stout Public Library, the Dubuque County Library, and the James Kennedy Public Library. Winners will be announced on Monday, Jan. 31.
