The interventions in this area address the vulnerabilities of migrants and workers. The vocational centers provide them with new knowledge that could be used for gaining new employment opportunities. These institutes are used as platforms for discussion debate and decision making in a participatory approach. New technologies are introduced the citizens are encouraged to create sponge areas and increase their accessibility to different territories.
