The health centre would be upscaled to train people for boosting their economic opportunities. It aims at increasing the quality of life by creating good living conditions for people by providing them with recreation and leisure activities along the coastal edges. Green networks would be integrated better with the urban fabric by introducing hybrid farming and urban parks. Farmers will look at diversifying their dependency, access new technology which would help them increase their productivity.
