Halifax County Sheriff’s Department volunteered at Weldon Mills Distillery, making lunches to raise funds for AMVETS. Lunch bags included hamburger, chips, dessert and water bottle for $10. Proceeds went towards supporting Wounded Warriors and Gold Star Families.
