Eagle Plein Air Festival Returns
The 2021 Eagle Plein Air Festival & Competition will be held Sat Oct 9th through Saturday October 16th in historic Eagle, Idaho. It’s Eagle’s art festival, exhibition, and competition open to professional and non-professional artists. New to the Festival this year! Downtown Eagle is buzzing with excitement for the Harvest Festival in Heritage Park, which makes it the perfect time for our new Quick Draw event starting at 10am on Saturday, October 9th. Watch artists complete a painting in a 2-hour quick draw event that turn painting into a fast-paced spectator sport. The paintings will be immediately for sale at Finer Frames and available by silent auction throughout the Festival week. During this week-long art festival, more than 80 artists visit beautiful Southwest Idaho to paint, draw, and sketch the natural landscape. Watch a free painting demonstration, take a painting lesson and talk with the artists. At the end of the Festival, the public can view and purchase these unique visions of Eagle at the Festival Exhibition and Awards Reception from noon to 6pm on Saturday October 16. What better way to experience art than in the great outdoors? Under the vibrance of the changing leaves, these artists paint the Idaho landscape.
