ROMAN THEATRE OF REGINA Casas De Reina EVERY BODY ON STAGE! It is the most representative building of the ancient Roman city of Regina Turdulorum. The city was founded in the first century. Thanks to its restoration we can appreciate the main original elements and its capacity, one thousand spectators, proof of it’s great importance in the Iberian Peninsula.

Metellinum was an important Roman colony, proof of this is its magnificent theatre dating back to the end of the 1st century BC. It is in an excellent state of conservation, especially the steps, with up to 800 granite ashlars, and the exposed columns we can see are the originals.
