y business projects are based on an idea and if the feeling / hunch is strong enough I go with it and take action. When we first started our markets in Avoca 11 years ago, we had two small kids, had not long moved to the coast and had no idea how to run a market. Again, we acted on our hunch and took action. There was so much planning to do with all the council obligations and it felt overwhelming. We kept going and the first market rained and we had to cancel. It was devastating. After we finally went ahead, we held the markets there for a year. We were then told we would have to move up the road to a new location. At the time it was a big deal, as the beachfront location was spectacular and so much planning had gone into that site.
