Writing Ao longo do 3º período e no âmbito da disciplina de Inglês dos 11º e 12º anos de Inglês, a professora Ana Luísa Lopes, propôs aos alunos diferentes desafios de escrita, que consistiam em completar uma história, dado o início.
LITTLE RED RIDING HOOD Once upon a time there was a young person named Red Riding Hood, who lived with her single mother on the edge of what once was a large wood, but due to deforestation, was now a small wood. Their cottage was threatened by the civil constructors, who wanted to build a huge block of a private condominium. One day her mother asked her to make a visit and take a basket made of natural straw with fresh, biological fruit, gluten free biscuits, no animal protein healthy snacks and a refillable bottle of mineral water to her hippie grandmother, before she went to her monthly spa treatment. So Red Riding Hood put on her red hoodie and her helmet and set off with her basket, riding her electric bike through the woods. On the way to Grandma’s house, Red Riding Hood met a wolf, one of the few surviving species in that place, because all the others were extinct. The endangered wolf asked her what was in her basket, ... … and she answered that she was taking vegetable products and healthy snacks for her grandmother, who was going to her monthly spa. The wolf accompanied her to her grandmother's house, and he made her aware of the degrading situation of the forest and told her about the threat of the loggers and big businessmen to destroy it. Red Riding Hood felt sorry for the wolf and for all extinct species and took the decision to alert the responsible authorities and write a letter to prevent the construction of the private condominium. After delivering the snacks, by grandma’s advice, she took the wolf to the animal shelter, where they took care of him and gave him food. After a few days, she received a reply to her letter, and she succeeded in avoiding deforestation in that area. Since then all species of animals have been living there happily ever after. … Litle Red Riding Hood looked at the malnourished wolf in sadness, such a proud and noble creature, driven into extinction e famine, for such a petty and greedy reason. She answered that she only could lend him an apple, it wasn’t what they eat, but it was better than to eat moss. He accepted, and asked where she was going: “To my grandmother house, just south from her, she needs these non-GMO foods to make her meals”. The wolf answered that someone has been cutting the trees in mass quantities in the same location, he warned her to be careful.
