I.T. and Telecomunications Resources UACloud UACloud is an IT tool designed to support teaching, academic management and administration. It is an internet-based environment designed to be used by academic & research staff, students and administration & service staff. You can access UACloud from any part of the UA website by entering your email address and password. Once you have gone through the pre-registration process and become a UA student, a personal e-mail address and password will be given to you. If you forget or lose your access password, the UA provides you with an automated system for obtaining and renewing passwords (Request a new password). Open access computer rooms These are located in:

- General Library. - Lecture Building I. - Polytechnic School (building 1). In the General Library and Lecture Building I there are specially trained staff to help you if you have any problems configuring your laptop or using equipment, especially with wifi.
