hen we first heard that the pod heats up to 37°C, we didn’t think that we would be able to finish a whole hour of this exhilarating exercise. And to be fair, there were a few moments that we did feel like we were melting away, but that’s just the beauty of it all! The heat of Hotpod Yoga helps aid the muscles into flexibility and elevates your heartrate, making it a complete full-body workout.

Yoga carries the title of a de-stressing exercise with transformative benefits. These benefits include increased flexibility and muscle strength, more oxygen-rich blood reaching the muscles and improved metabolism.

But what makes this type of yoga so special? For starters, it is not restrictive. The Vinyasa flow allows you to soften from one position into the next and it creates a flawless ebb of the body. You use your body as a tool for relaxation and meditation.

The best part is that you don’t necessarily have to be athletic. This might just be the spark for a life-long hobby and a journey to a better mind, body and soul.

- Bring a big towel to cover your whole yoga mat and lots and lots of water. Once again, there will be a lot of sweating! - Try not to eat an hour beforehand. You’ll want to feel as light as possible. - Just take the class at your own pace and take restorative breaths if you feel overwhelmed. - Hotpod Yoga is not safe for under 16s and pregnant women. - Enjoy the afterglow, we promise that you will feel like a full-blown yogi!
