Part 3 (series of 3 trips) I am so excited to share this final segment of the Santa Fe, New Mexico series. The trip was made in October of 2019, right after my

son, Ari, and his husband, David, moved from Texas to Santa Fe. My sisters, Lyn, Brandi, and I planned this sisters weekend before anyone even knew they’d be moving there. It had been years since we last gathered for a sisters’ trip. Getting together was long overdue. Flying in from Texas, South Dakota and Oregon we coordinated our flights into Albuquerque, rented a car and were off. Our home was an adorable and spacious Airbnb in the Railyard district. Our host had a bottle of wine waiting on us. The neighborhood has restaurants, shops and a farmers market all in walking distance. Reservations on our first night were at The Shed, a dining institution since 1953, located on Palace Avenue, just east of the Santa Fe Plaza. Between the three of us, we sampled fish tacos, green chile stew and blue corn burritos. It was a great way to begin our weekend. Saturday morning, we visited the Santa Fe Farmers Market.
