“SALSA FEST” contest and Chili Dinner

Monday, November 1st, at Anacapa, Social Hall, Breezeway and Patio $25 per person / 5:00 PM - salsa contest SALSA tasting from our Corte Bella neighbors’ best recipes Help to choose the best Corte Bella Salsa 6:00 PM – chili dinner with all the fixings Cash bar (with Happy Hour prices) Music and dancing 50/50 Raffle will be conducted throughout the event. SOuL’s Salsa Fest Rules • Check-in/Setup begins 3:45pm/Judging begins 4:30pm • Doors open to the public for tasting at 5:00pm • Entry fee will be $25 • There will be 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place & Judges Choice awards • Each contestant may have one additional person to help with tasting. If they are planning to stay for the Chili dinner, they must buy a ticket. • Judging will be done by guest judges. Community will have 1 vote per person. • Contestants must provide enough salsa for 350 people for sampling and judging.

• Tortilla chips will be provided for tasting (donated by Chili’s); no need to bring them unless you choose to do so. • Each entry will be assigned a number. • Signage will be provided with the name of your salsa and spicy rating 1 – 5 (mild to fire). • Tasting cups and spoons will be provided, for sampling your salsa. • Please Drop off your completed form & $25 fee to: 22530 N ARRELLAGA DR. There will be a drop-box on the front porch with additional entry forms if needed, or if you’d like a form emailed, please contact linda2golf@cox.net
