FAMILY & COMMUNITY PROGRAMS Lac La biche county fcss – Young family connections Lac La Biche County FCSS - Young Family Connections provides programs and services for families and caregivers in the areas of family support, early learning and care, parent education and information and referral. Our goal is to provide parents and caregivers with the knowledge, skills, resources, and confidence necessary to meet the unique needs of their children and family. Young Family Connections is in the Cenovus Child Mind Centre inside the Bold Center. DAD AND ME
Triple P is a parenting program, but it doesn’t tell you how to be a parent. It’s more like a toolbox of ideas. You choose the strategies you need. You choose the way you want to use them. It’s all about making Triple P work for you. Staff are trained in Primary, Triple P Groups, Seminars, Discussion Groups, Stepping Stones Standard and Group.
This program is for children and their fathers /significant male in their lives. Children and their caregivers will have the opportunity to experience age-appropriate activities while spending one on one time together.
FCSS TUMBLE KIDS Tumble kids is designed to help children develop gross motor skills through fun, physical activity. This is a great way to get out and get active with your family. Once a month we are at Gymnastics and once a month at the Pool. Dates:
