What is a Foodpack?
MAXIMUM WEIGHT LOSS, MAXIMUM NUTRITION
LighterLife Foodpacks are made out of the same stuff as ordinary food and contain the highest quality ingredients following international regulations. Research presented at a European Congress on Obesity showed that out of 11 Very Low-Calorie Diets (VLCDs) on sale in the UK, LighterLife was the only company to have the right amount of nutrition in our Foodpacks. Finally, the reality of obesity and what successful treatment looks like. As the obesity epidemic soars, because of the tight link between that and type 2 diabetes so does that incidence soar too. " I have struggled with my weight for most of my life, I have tried other diets and exercise plans, losing a couple of stone. However, the weight usually started to creep back on.
More recently my weight started to go up as I changed jobs and started working a combination of night and day shifts in the NHS. My energy levels dropped, and my eating habits changed dramatically. I’d be snacking constantly between seeing patients and due to the nature of the work I’d be sitting down most of the time. My physical health was also suffering and exercising became more challenging the more weight I gained. I just couldn’t be bothered during the pandemic, my emotional eating increased through that scary time. Wearing scrubs most of the time stopped me worrying about what I looked like. The training was great, I learned a lot, and now I am earning good money being a Mentor. My advice to you is, go for it – you won’t regret it!
