Create a “top-heavy” calendar:
Focus on the relationship, not the response! Not every offer you make will lead to a transaction or booking – and that’s OK! The key is to keep reaching out regardless.
• Focus on booking the first two weeks of the month. • Then, take the bookings you get from those first two weeks and use them to fill the last two weeks of the month!
When letting someone know about an opportunity or special, focus on building your relationship. Keep it casual, and if they’re not interested, offer to let them know about other specials down the road. Make a note in your calendar or contact system to reach out to them again.
• With this strategy, you can get paid in both pay periods!

Host a New Year Kickoff Party • Party on Facebook, in your VIP group or on a video call. • Make it exclusive and invite Insiders from 2020. • Celebrate them and make it fun with games, recognition, prizes and decorations!

INSIDER COACHING: The act of working with an Insider before her party to create her guest list, send invitations, build her wish list and get her prepared for the party.
