uyers are in for a treat with the inaugural Magic Millions Gold Coast Yearling Sale draft from Victoria’s Blue Gum Farm. The historic property has traditionally only sold yearlings in Victoria, and they have an incredible record achieving stakes horses with twenty percent of the horses they’ve sold at auction in the last four years, such as this season’s exciting two year-old stakes winner Bold Bastille, and Gr1 winner September Run. Coming to the Gold Coast represents a new phase in the development of Blue Gum Farm as a superior vendor of high-quality racehorses. Blue Gum Farm will bring ten yearlings to the Magic Millions Gold Coast Yearling Sale in 2024, and their exciting Snitzel colt, Lot 332, is sure to be busy during the inspection times. The second foal of unraced mare Vaujany (Lonhro), a full sister to Gr2 winner Ghisoni (dam of recent Listed winner Renosu), and a half-sister to current stakes placed winner Andermatt (Snitzel) and to the dam of current Hong Kong group winner Larkspur Run (Shamardal). This is a family on the rise, and this colt’s second dam is Gr2 winner and Golden Slipper placed Portillo.
