PROGRAMME SUGGESTIONS

Formed at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, Blackweir Brass have gone on to enjoy performances such as at St John Smith’s Square, St David’s Hall and the Endelienta Series. An emerging group, its members look forward to studying at a postgraduate level at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire and the Royal Academy of Music. Major influences on the group are the Philip Jones Brass Ensemble, and the poetry of Sir John Betjeman.
