Help Dr. Hadiyah-Nicole Green bring our revolutionary cancer treatment out of the laboratory into hospitals!

Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.®, the first African American collegiate Greek-letter organization, establishes a historic partnership with a tech-based cancer nonprofit, Ora Lee Smith Cancer Research Foundation, to raise cancer awareness and save lives. In July 2019, at the 95th Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.® General Convention in Las Vegas, Nev., the Board of Directors voted unanimously to partner with the Ora Lee Smith Cancer Research Foundation to save lives and change the way cancer is treated. The goal of the partnership is to raise cancer awareness and funding for human clinical trials. “Everyone has a loved one, or knows someone, fighting this disease. Too many have been impacted and too many lives lost, but this is an opportunity to change that outcome. The more than 200,000 members of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.® are honored to be the first Greek-Letter organization to join forces with the Ora Lee Smith Cancer Research Foundation in this fight to save lives,” said Dr. Everett Ward, 35th President of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.® Nationally recognized cancer researcher, Dr. Hadiyah-Nicole Green, has developed a cancer treatment that completely eliminates tumors in mice in just 15 days after one treatment, without any observed side effects. She founded the Ora Lee Smith Cancer Research Foundation to ensure this treatment will be affordable and accessible. “I thank Dr. Ward and the members of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.® for joining our efforts. It takes a lot of courage to be the first and take action on a vision, to go beyond hope. This is a testament to their leadership and commitment to our families, our community, and our future.” said Green. Learn more and Donate: https://oralee.org/alphas/ MU LAMBDA TORCH 2021
