Congratulations to Brother Coy Lindsay
Brother Coy Lindsay was sworn into the U. S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Foreign Service April 2021. Coy began his career with the Department of State (2008 - 2011) and soon ventured to USAID (2011 - present) working under the Bureau for Management, Office of Management Services, Information and Records Division (M/MS/IRD). He joins the Executive Officer backstop with over 10 years of USAID experience serving as both a USAID contractor and Civil Servant with multiple temporary duty assignments abroad. In addition, he brings ingenuity and innovation to the Foreign Service demonstrated by several Agency Awards (e.g., 2019 Administrator’s Management Improvement Award and 2019 Superior Honor Award - Group). Coy holds an M.P.A. from George Mason University’s Schar School of Public Policy and Government and a B.A. from Howard University. He is a proud life member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
