a life filled with purpose and direction. I support my clients through nutrition counseling, exercise, mindset training and spiritual guidance. I believe that to truly make an impact in this world we have to take care of ourselves. We have to prioritize our energy and self-care in order to help others and I lead people in reclaiming that. I listen for keywords such I wish, I can’t, I should have, there’s no way and other self-defeating sayings or mannerisms and we address them as they come. We reinforce positive thinking, “I am” statements and a multitude of other strategies to help strengthen their thought process and how they identify things that they're dealing with. I believe that how a person perceives the issue at hand determines how they’ll handle it and eventually dictates the outcome. We address the perception of what is happening in their life and start
