All students deserve our best and our unconditional support – we have no favourites. Through hard work we can all change, develop and improve – we refuse to collude with low expectations Our words and actions matter; we have great influence and use that to promote ambition, understanding and growth Students and staff are treated with honesty, transparency and integrity Students and staff have an absolute right to be safe and to feel safe Student views and opinions have great value – we seek their voice Above all else, we act on behalf of our students
