Open spaces are a sophisticated way of planning. They allow more sunlight, views, freedom and f low. Open plans give you a hint of an adjacent room rather than opening a door to go into each separate room and feeling confined. It’s an old trend that’s new again and it began with Le Corbusier and Frank Lloyd Wright as early advocates for open plan designs in houses. Open planned bathrooms are the latest trend for 2019 and the idea is to create f low within a space, increase views and natural light. Modern living is about openness and it’s a great way to make areas seem more spacious and organic.
