o, it has been well over a year since this whole mess *gestures broadly* started. And it has been well over a year since the Big Bread Baking Craze of 2020. Now, the Big Bread Baking Craze did not really hit me that hard, except for the fact that it was annoying that yeast was sold out in literally every store I entered, because even before all of this I regularly baked bread.
