C hocolate C overed C herry
Ingredients 1 cup dark chocolate chips ½ cup heavy whipping cream 1 Tbsp. cherry extract or cherry liqueur ½ tsp vanilla extract
Fondue
Directions 1. In the Chic Dining Dipper, add water to maximum fill line; lock insert in place. 2. Add ½ cup chocolate chips to each side of the dipper. Microwave on 60% power 90 seconds. Remove from microwave, set aside. 3. Meanwhile, in the 2 Cup Micro Pitcher, add cream, cherry extract and vanilla extract. Microwave on high power 25 seconds. Pour over chocolate; let stand 1 minute more. 4. Stir chocolate mixture until smooth and glossy, about 1 minute. 5. Serve warm with a variety of cake cubes and fruit.
