Why should buyers seek you out? When team Rob and Alexa represent buyers, we are very aggressive in getting our client’s offers accepted. Today’s market can be competitive, and we have been getting a high average of accepted offers. As a team we enjoy coaching our buyer clients on what to do, when to do it and how to WIN their dream home. Every client has our utmost attention at all times. It is never a bad time to speak, we are always available, and we work for our clients’ best interests. By always being accessible, we aim to have clients feel as if they are our only client.

How does your partnership benefit a potential listing customer?

At the root of team Rob and Alexa, we truly want to help people. We strive to make a difference in people’s lives, case by case—there is no one size fits all. As a team we listen and adapt to each client’s individual needs, concerns and create goals tailored to each client. We strive to make our clients’ properties STAND OUT. We are very aggressive with our marketing campaigns, and do not just simply place homes on the market and hope it sells. Our goal as a team is to bring in the highest number of qualified buyers. We want to make sure we not only obtain the highest price for their home but also give them a selection of offers.

What should sellers expect from this partnership?

When working with team of Rob and Alexa, clients can be ensured that they will receive top notch customer service, a list of highly recommended vendors in our area, strong communication throughout the process, fun video marketing, and connection to highly qualified buyers—all while creating a huge buzz for their home.

What exciting technology or methods are you using to market homes?

We love video marketing and reaching our clients through social media. We tailor each house listing specifically to highlight its attributes to the right buyer.

What has been going on in the local real estate market during the last 12 months?

The local real estate market has been booming. Buyer’s priorities changed and we have seen a major influx of buyers coming from New York, Hoboken and Jersey City. Buyers are focused on obtaining more space (such as home office needs), and having a larger property to relax in. The buyers from cities no longer want to be in a confined environment especially those working from home and no longer needing to commute. A lot of buyers are moving Late Fall 2020

to our area because of the amazing school systems, travel times to NYC and the easy access to public transportation.

What do you forecast for the next 12 months?

We see the next 12 months being very similar. There is a major pent up demand for houses. It is a great time for both buyers and sellers to transact. That is very rare in the real estate market as it usually favors one side over the other. While housing prices have raised substantially, mortgage rates are low, allowing buyers to afford more with lower payments.
