¿Es tu primera actuación con los amigos del Jazzbah?

Sí, es la primera actuación con los amigos del Jazzbah, aunque he ido bastante como público. Ya hacía tiempo que tenía ganas de hacer algo con ellos, la verdad.

Is this your first performance with Jazzbah's friends?

Yes, it's my first performance with Jazzbah's friends, although I've been to their events as an audience member quite a bit. I've been wanting to do something with them for a while, to be honest.

¿Habías venido antes a Menorca y si es así, qué relación tienes con la isla?

Sí, hace mucho que vengo a Menorca. Pero desde hace un par de años ya directamente vivo a caballo entre Menorca y Madrid. Ya lo siento como casa.

¿Qué es lo que más te gusta de la isla?

La tranquilidad que hay fuera de julio y agosto. Es un lugar que me deja espacio para aclarar mis ideas. También me gusta el verano, por supuesto, pero puestos a elegir.

¿Qué esperas de este concierto?

No sé, la verdad, qué espero. Voy a dejar que me sorprenda. Sé que habrá una mezcla de público y amigos, y eso suele ser explosivo. No puedo tener más ganas.

¿Hacia dónde se dirige tu carrera?

Ya solo pensar en la palabra “carrera” me abruma. Seguiré haciendo canciones, como he hecho siempre, y que lleguen donde tengan que llegar.

Have you been to Menorca before, and if so, what's your relationship with the island?

Yes, I've been coming to Menorca for a long time. But for the past couple of years, I've been splitting my time between Menorca and Madrid. I already feel it as my home.

What do you like the most about the island?

The tranquility outside of July and August. It's a place that gives me space to clear my mind. I also enjoy the summer, of course, but if I had to choose.

What do you expect from this concert?

Honestly, I don't know what to expect. I'm going to let it surprise me. I know there will be a mix of the audience and friends, and that usually makes for an explosive atmosphere. I couldn't be more excited.

Where is your career heading?

Just thinking about the word "career" overwhelms me. I'll keep making songs, as I've always done, and let them reach wherever they need to go.
