The skies were cloudy but the mood was bright as the Fourth Annual Kokomo Stroll filled the streets of Downtown Covington. Revelers wore island wear of all kinds as they waited to fill their souvenir cups. Local food tastings accompanied countless cocktail and craft beer creations. Live music by several local artists filled the air in what is quickly becoming a yearly tradition.
