ew York, New York– far more than the concrete jungle we have heard about all these years. New York is 54,556 square miles, with a population of 19.45 million. No small numbers. But once you leave the city, the mountainous terrains begin rolling in and a level of peace comes over you that can’t be explained. As we continue our journey upstate, going further into the Finger Lakes, we are captivated by the natural beauty of the environment, and the real smell of fresh air.

As we made our way into our room, we had a lovely gift awaiting us: a beautiful bottle of wine. This time, we have a dockside view of the harbor. So beautiful. So peaceful. We found the perfect Finger Lakes destination for a picturesque view. Talk about a beautiful wedding destination right in the heart of New York that will simply take your breath away. On a perfect morning, the sky is a perfect shade of blue.
On a perfect night, right before sunset, it is breathtakingly beautiful. We had a full day of activities planned for us which included Watkins Glen State Park, winery tours, tastings, and a great dinner. Once again, customer service was impeccable. The friendly staff made sure we were well taken care of. The tour of the property was informative. It was very spacious for an indoor wedding (when suitable), but why stay inside when you have the beauty of the great outdoors? The town is lovely. We had the pleasure of touring the beautiful and relaxing property and winery. There were guests of all ages relaxing and enjoying the grounds and the
spirits—the ones old enough to drink, that is. It makes a great activity for your traveling guests and a wonderful venue to host your rehearsal dinner should you so choose.
