Military . . . two hours . . . a chance for military training in college. The freshman gets his uniform and goes to 7:30 lecture and drill. He may or may not choose to leave ROTC training at the end of two years. In advanced ROTC the student goes to Summer camp. An upperclassman is given responsibility in instruction on the drill field and off. Graduated from college, he enters the service a commissioned officer. This is the part military plays in a student's life . . . a chance. 147
