Eco joins forces with globallyrenowned business gurus be scanning the business and society horizon for innovations which have the potential to positively change the world, as well as transform their business.
Eddie said: “As soon as we met Ernesto and Martha and heard more about their approach to business and innovation, we were blown away by their way of thinking, their knowledge, their ethos and their connections.
Dr Sirolli said: “We offer corporations a tool to search within teams, the people with emerging strong entrepreneurial spirit. We focus on ‘intrapreneurship’ making sure the smartest people on the team are listened to.
“We knew immediately that we wanted to continue the association in some form and we are over the moon that they have chosen Eco as a business they want to collaborate with in the UK to help make innovations happen. It’s an exciting and potentially transformative partnership for our business.
“We then create a safe space, what we can call an ‘innovation oasis”, and build a clear path to bring innovative ideas and practices to the attention of the senior management for evaluation and decisions.”
“We are committed to being at the forefront of the net zero revolution - and working in collaboration with businesses so they can do the same, creating a legacy which will make a difference now and for generations to come.”
An innovative solutions business developing a range of world-first green technology has been chosen as the UK’s first exclusive partner by globallyrenowned business gurus. Eco has teamed up with Dr Ernesto and Martha Sirolli to join businesses in Italy, Switzerland and the US in a network of companies working with the business leaders to bring innovations to market. The link-up with the Sirollis was formalised after Eco’s founder and Managing Director Eddie Black and Eco’s Group Opportunity Strategist Gary Robertson met with the duo at an innovators’ conference they hosted in Italy this summer.
The programme helps ensure winning ideas aren’t shut down because of tiers of management who might have contradictory agendas.
Dr Sirolli said: “We are delighted to be working with Eddie and the team at Eco. Innovation is now on the mind of every CEO of every company in the world. Technology is changing so fast that businesses must adapt or die.”
Dr Sirolli, founder of the Sirolli Institute, an international non-profit organisation, is also an author and his TEDx talk, Shut Up and Listen, has been downloaded more than three million times since he first delivered it in 2012.
The Sirollis’ work with Eco will initially focus on bringing innovations even further to the forefront of the business through their Boundary Rider programme. A Boundary Rider is an Australian term for a cattle station employee, whose duty is to check the outer perimeter of a property. They can work independently, are resilient and reliable.
The Sirrollis will visit Eco at its 3,000-square-metre self-built HQ at Annan, Dumfries and Galloway soon to start the Boundary Rider programme. Eco’s services include its EcoGoZero range of carbon mitigation strategies; dry ice cleaning; process solutions; design, build and fit out; IT and communications; and bespoke training systems.
The Sirollis apply this methodology to an organisation where it is the job of a person, or a group of people within an organisation, to
ADAO works with local Rugby business Bluecode to redevelop their website ADAO recently created an ecommerce website for Bluecode, a local Rugby company that makes custom labels for various industries and sectors. Bluecode has over 20 years of experience in the label manufacturing business and offers high-quality products and services to their clients. They produce a range of labels, such as PAT test labels, calibration labels, warning labels, security labels, tamper-proof labels, general labels, and asset labels. They also provide bespoke barcode and asset labels that can be tailored to the client's specifications. ADAO had previously developed the client's website 10 years ago on a platform called OpenCart: an ecommerce management system which, at the time, was a very powerful platform. However, support has since faded, and it was time to move to a more modern technology! ADAO redeveloped the website from OpenCart to WordPress with WooCommerce for ease of use. WordPress is the world's most popular content management system, which receives constant and regular updates to keep the platform secure. WooCommerce is the world's most popular open-source eCommerce platform that works seamlessly with WordPress. It enables us to create a stunning, user-friendly, and powerful online store that meets the needs and expectations of our client and their customers. WooCommerce also offers many features and extensions that enhance the functionality and performance of the website.

The Wigley Group announced as returning headline sponsor of Warwick Half Marathon 2024 A family-run property, development and construction company based in Warwickshire has renewed its support for the popular Warwick Half Marathon. Southam-based The Wigley Group has announced its headline sponsorship of the 2024 event as it returns on Sunday, February 4. Organised for the second year by RunThrough, the UK’s largest and Europe’s fastest-growing running events company, the 13.1-mile route begins and ends at the iconic Warwick Racecourse and takes runners through beautiful Warwickshire countryside on fully-closed roads with marshals on hand throughout the course. In addition to the half marathon, there will also be a 1k junior race allowing for the whole family to take part. The tremendous success of the 2023 event saw more than 2,000 people enter to take part in the half marathon and organisers expect entry numbers to grow next year as the event’s reputation continues to spread. The event has raised an incredible £80,000 for charity. For 2024, The Wigley Group Warwick Half Marathon has officially partnered with SWFT Charity, the official charity of South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust, as the event’s charity of the year, with runners able to choose to raise money to support their work. James Davies, Chief Executive Officer at The Wigley Group, said: “We’ve supported the Half Marathon since 2019 and a number of our staff – including myself – have run it before, so we know what a fantastic event it is for the region.
