Soldier Support Center 505 Pershing Road

The Soldier Support Center is a one stop shop for many vital areas when arriving to Fort Bliss. If you are in need of a new ID card or need to enroll in DEERS, visit the ID card section located in room 112. For your convenience, it is best to make an appointment ahead of time online. Appointments can be made up to 90 days out. Walk-ins are accepted, but only on a case by case emergency basis. Appointments can also be made online at https://idco.dmdc.osd.mil/idco/. Military IDs can be renewed no earlier than 90 days from their printed expiration date. Other areas of assistance include the Personnel Operations branch where you can find out more about your military records, promotions and

personnel actions. Additional services available include Finance, In/Out Processing, the Driver’s License section, MWR School Liaison Office (SLO) and the Army Voter Registration Program. This program is designed to make registration and voting information, materials, and assistance readily available to all eligible Army voters. It is also to educate eligible voters about the importance of voting and provide every opportunity to register and cast a ballot. For more information, call 915-568-7078.
