Severe Clause: Security Threat: When a person makes a false statement or statements: (1) knowing that the statement or statements are likely to cause evacua on in the school environment; (2) knowing that the statement or statements are likely to cause serious inconvenience in the school environment; or (3) in reckless disregard of the risk of causing terror or serious inconvenience in the school environment.
