Unlawful Sexual Contact III (C0301): A person suggests, solicits, requests, commands, importunes or otherwise a empts to induce another person to have sexual contact or sexual intercourse or unlawful sexual penetra on with the actor, knowing that the actor is thereby likely to cause annoyance, offense or alarm to that person. Severe Clause: Rape 1st-4th Degree (C0125)(C0124)(C0123)(C0122): The unlawful placement of an object or genitalia into another person, or the unlawful placement of the genitalia, or the placement of any device used in a sexual manner into any orphus of another person.
