中医养生精华特点

我从事中医临床35 年,来寻求中医治疗 的大部分都是慢性疾病,尤其以哮喘,月经 不调,不孕为多见,疗效都比较好。大部分来 看中医的都是在多年西药治疗不见明显疗效 的情况下来看中医。还有些人是对中医知识 不太了解,抱着试试看的态度来就诊。其实 中医是一门很精深的经验医学宝库,治病求 本,未病养生,因人而异的治疗原则,是独特 有效的。当然也需要患者有耐心坚持配合完 成一个疗程,而不是看一两次就停止了。 一、中医养生理论体系以阴阳平衡为基础。

通俗来说,中医养生的核心要点是要 补充不足的,清除多余的,保持人体的阴阳 平衡。即“虚则补之,实则泻之,热则寒之, 寒则热之”等等,过多过少都不好。这是中 医最基本的传统养生原则。 二、中医养生以“辨证施治”为原则

即针对每一个人的体质、年龄、性别、 家族史等的个体差异,会用不同的方药、食 疗等方法。也就是说不同的人用不同的方药 和食材,不能一视同仁都用一种方子来煲汤 养生。别人服用好,对自己不一定就好,甚 至有害。中医讲究因人而异,比如:人参大 补,但有些人一吃就头痛、腹胀、甚至出鼻 血等症状。 三、中医以“不治已病治未病”为重要的养生 原则 意 思 是 不 要 等 到 病 已 经 成 了再去 治 病,应在未病之前,就要养生保健,使自己 不得病或少得病。有病早治,无病健身,延 年益寿,是目前中医养生潮流。 四、中医养生注重因时因地制宜

因时因地意思是中医养生保健重视季 节、地区、气候等环境不同而制定适宜的方 法,比如冬天进补,春天养阳等。 五、中医以经络养生为优先,确保生命运输通 道畅通。

“是药三分毒”,养生不等于吃补药。 疏通经络,按压穴位,保证人体生命线的畅 通,才能使血气流通,才能营养器官和清除 体内的废物。

r. Julia Fu is a practitioner in traditional Chinese medicine. She graduated from the Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China in 1983, and has 35 years of experience. She is an expert in treating various chronic diseases and in traditional Chinese medicine methods on anti-ageing and improving general health. Dr. Fu has given talks on traditional Chinese medicine at many community events and she has been the announcer of the“Baolin Tang voice of health”program on Mandarin radio in Western Australia for ten years.

Traditional Chinese medicine methods on improving general health In the 35 years that I have been practising traditional Chinese medicine, most of the patients I have seen came to me for treatment of chronic diseases: particularly asthma; irregular periods and difficulty in conceiving, for which traditional Chinese medicine treatments are relatively effective. Most of the patients decided to try a traditional Chinese medicine approach after years of western medication and treatment did not give them any obvious improvement. Some other patients actually did not know much about traditional Chinese medicine and decided to give it a try.

Traditional Chinese medicine is actually an advanced school of medicine based on experience. We target the root cause of diseases and encourage improvement in general health for those who are not sick. This principle of tailoring the treatment to each patient is unique and effective. 1. The traditional Chinese medicine health improvement paradigm is based on the balance of “yin” and “yang”.

Core to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine health improvement is to supplement what the body lacks and get rid of what the body doesn’t need, and maintain the balance of “yin” and “yang” in the body. 2. Health improvement is based on assessment before treatment.

This means targeting the differences between each patient’s physical condition, age, sex and family history and using different methods, such as herbal medicine and food-based treatment. In other words, using different prescriptions and food for different patients. 3. The important principle: “not treating the sick but treating the not yet sick”.

This means do not wait until you develop an illness, you should start to focus on improving your health, so that you can avoid getting sick or at least get sick less requently.

4. Emphasises timing and location suitability.

This means that traditional Chinese medicine focuses on environmental factors, such as the season, geography and climate, in order to formulate suitable approaches or treatments. For example, dietary supplementation in winter and stimulating the growth of the “yang” energy in spring. 5. Prioritises health improvement through circulation, to ensure smooth circulation of “life transportation lines”.

“All medications have a certain level of toxicity”, so improving health is not only about taking supplements. Clearing your blood vessels, applying pressure to appropriate pressure points and ensuring smooth circulation of “life transportation lines” in the body are essential for the circulation of blood and “qi” (energy) so that our organs can get the nutrients they need and detoxify waste from our body.
