Art Contest Winner! An art contest was held during aRt-TC. Talented artist Lina Dion-Inglis from Cal Lutheran University, hosted a fun and unique art session where she gave a tutorial on how to draw all of Region 10’s division mascots: narwhal, snow leopard, and butterfly! Following the tutorial, the contest judges, (Kiwanis advisors) acknowledged the amazing art made from our region. The winner of the contest was Vanessa Rivera, our Division 24/29 News Editor!
