n un un elegante palazzo d’epoca, nel centro storico pedonale, si respira l’atmosfera dei romanzi e delle opere di James Joyce e Italo Svevo. Le stanze del B&B Residenza Le 6A portano, infatti, i nomi di alcune figure femminili protagoniste dei romanzi di Italo Svevo al primo piano, mentre quelle del piano superiore sono dedicate all’opera letteraria di James Joyce nel suo periodo triestino. n elegant vintage building located in the historic pedestrian area of downtown Trieste, where the words of James Joyce and Italo Svevo seem to echo through the walls. The rooms of Residenza Le 6A B&B are named after some of the female
characters of Italo Svevo’s novels (first floor) and some of the literary works of James Joyce, from the author’s time in Trieste (second floor). The atmosphere is warm and cosy: each room is elegantly furnished, with great attention to details; the delightful jardin d’hiver is perfect for outdoor relaxation; and the second floor has a cosy parlour, where guests can either choose a volume from the B&B well-stocked library or sit at the early-20th-century piano and play their favourite piece. Guests preferring a more private accommodation may choose one of the five 7A mini-apartments on the third floor, equipped with a vanishing kitchenette and a coffee machine. 7A guests can either have breakfast in the privacy of their accommodation, or sit down in the Sala Comune (common room, N/T) of Residenza Le 6A and enjoy the many delicacies from the breakfast buffet. Check-in operations are quick an easy, thanks to the individual access codes, which also serve as room and main-door key.
