What is the most popular treatment at your spa & what makes this treatment outstanding? Preidlhof’s jewels are the new Transformational Retreats to stimulate guests physically, energetically, spiritually, psychologically, socially, and emotionally. Each Retreat is highly personalised, the guest experience tailored according to the goals of the individual guest, their stage in life and what he or she is ready to integrate. Which measures did you take to ensure customers feel confident to return to the spa during the challenging times brought about by the covid pandemic? As serious Spa we are used to having high standards of hygiene, this is our business, and we are trained to heal and help people feel safe and cared of. All measurements created with this pandemic have been implemented easily, this region is extremely efficient and organised.
I’ve organised several trainings for the whole team to learn to cope with fear & trauma related to what happened and all the psychological weights that guests and workers had to experience, and new difficulties guests experience when getting in touch with others. We have a Retreat called “Integrated Healing” where the senior Healers can really help to detox, restart and shine. Do you run promotional activities from time to time to keep your customers excited about your offerings and to encourage them to return soon?
