What is the most popular treatment at your spa? And what makes this treatment outstanding? Our Keishi spa signature facial. This holistic facial incorporates healing powers with rose quartz crystals, along with our own signature facial massage which helps balance the chakras and improve the skins vitality functions, leaving the guest feeling relaxed and in a positive frame of mind. Our guests are then given a heart shaped rose quartz crystal as a gift while relaxing in our spa lounge with refreshments. This treatment is a truly unique experience. Which measures did you take to ensure customers feel confident to return to the spa during the challenging times, brought about by the covid pandemic? All the government guidelines and being a part of the Accor hotel group, extra guidance, wearing masks and cleanliness, and reassuring our guests. Our spa is a safe place to relax.
Do you run promotional activities from time to time to keep your customers excited about offerings and encourage them to return soon? Keishi Spa offers specials with the hotel and individually on our social media platforms. How do you as a manager keep your employees motivated to ensure award winning service is always delivered? As a manager I like to try and keep the staff morale by offering “therapist of the month” which is monitored by a guest satisfaction form filled out by our guests and rewards the therapists with vouchers to their favourite stores therefore ensuring our service excellence is kept to an award-winning level. My self being a beauty therapist/aesthetician for 38 years I closely monitor staff by working along side them as a staff member. We also conduct staff bonding activities which is done by my assistant manager.
