There will also be an open jam session with the masters, and then dance music by DJs until 4:30 h. Jazz music has a fascinating history that originated in the African-American communities around New Orleans (US) during the early 20th century. Las melodías, las armonías y los ritmos pueden cambiar, según la interacción de los músicos con la banda y con el público. Una persona experta en música lo expresa así: “Dejarse llevar para inventar nuevos significados es la esencia y también la promesa del jazz.”

La sesión programada para el Heart el viernes 6 de marzo incluye un elenco de estrellas liderado por el reconocido saxofonista Rick Margitza, que ha grabado y actuado con el gran Miles Davis. El compositor Trevor Coleman, tres veces nominado para un Premio Emmy, nos deleitará al teclado y la trompeta, al ritmo de Joe Sanders – ‘the King of Bass’, el Rey del Bajo. El legendario percusionista Nasheet Waits marcará los tiempos, mientras que Alex Sipiagin aportará su especial magia con la trompeta en algunos momentos de la sesión. A la banda se sumará como artista invitado Javier Vercher, aclamado saxofonista y compositor valenciano. La sesión de apertura dará el pistoletazo de salida a la noche con nuestro isleño Cuarteto Muriel Grossmann junto con el bajista estrella, Joe Sanders.

ES es una persona jurídica. Se aplicarán los siguientes tipos impositivos: si se trata de la adquisición de un solar, el IVA asciende al 21%; si es un inmueble de obra nueva, al 10%.

Además del IVA hay que pagar el Impuesto de Actos Jurídicos Documentados (AJD). Éste se ha subido del 1,2 al 1,5%, lo que representa la única novedad fiscal relevante para Ibiza en el año 2020. Este impuesto se devenga en el momento de la inscripción registral de cualquier escritura pública, por ejemplo la de declaración de obra nueva, de disolución de una copropiedad o de constitución de una hipoteca.

El Impuesto sobre el Incremento de Valor de Terrenos de Naturaleza Urbana (“Plusvalía Municipal”) grava únicamente el incremento del valor del suelo desde la última transmisión, pero no el de las edificaciones construidas sobre el solar. No hay que confundir la Plusvalía municipal con el pago del IRPF (de la ganancial patrimonial) por parte del vendedor. Por Ley, también el pago de la Plusvalía le corresponde al vendedor. Para evitar malentendidos entre las partes, sería recomendable hacer constar expresamente en el contrato quién es el que se hará cargo de la Plusvalía. El importe del impuesto está determinado por las ordenanzas municipales y, por lo tanto, difiere de municipio a municipio. Sería aconsejable informarse

Sometimes the shape of a window dictates that blinds would be better suited; or perhaps there is no space to fit a curtain rod or ceiling track. Blinds come in many different designs and levels of transparency, and are often the best choice for people who prefer a more minimalistic, streamlined look in their home or office. Cuando expandimos nuestra consciencia, podemos abrirnos a mayores posibilidades que no podíamos ver antes. La manera de crear milagros en nuestras vidas y en este planeta es ampliar nuestra consciencia para que lo ‘milagroso’ se convierta en lo habitual.

La humanidad está preparada para dar el siguiente gran paso en nuestra evolución: cambiar la visión del mundo actual basada en el miedo, la escasez y la limitación, hacia un nuevo paradigma anclado en el amor, la abundancia y la libertad. Aber was ist ein Wunder? Es handelt sich nicht um die Intervention einer externen Kraft, die aus dem Nichts auftaucht und die Gesetze der Physik aus den Angeln hebt. Ein Wunder ist einfach nur das, was uns zuvor unmöglich erschien, weil wir es durch unser begrenztes Bewusstsein nicht verstehen konnten. Wenn wir unser Bewusstsein erweitern, öffnen wir uns für große Ereignisse, die wir vorher nicht absehen können. Wollen wir Wunder in unser Leben und auf den Planeten bringen, müssen wir bewusster werden, damit das „Wunderbare“ zur Normalität wird.

Die Menschheit ist aufgefordert, den nächsten Schritt auf der Evolutionsleiter zu tun, die auf Angst basierenden Weltanschauungen und Limitierungen über Bord zu werfen und auf neue Paradigmen der Liebe, Fülle und des Friedens umzuschwenken. Was ist der nächste Schritt? Wer dem Fluss des Lebens folgt, kann persönlich wachsen, doch wenn wir eine schönere Welt erschaffen wollen, müssen wir diese „Liebe“ auch an viele andere Menschen weitergeben. ES Aquí en Ibiza tenemos la suerte de tener muchas oportunidades de participar en actividades que nos ayudan a fluir en la vida, y la más grande de ellas es el bianual IBIZA SPIRIT FESTIVAL. La próxima edición de este evento será el 26 de abril. El hermoso agroturismo Atzaró será una vez más el escenario para este día tan especial que inspira a las personas a abrir sus corazones y sus mentes a nuevas formas de pensar y de ser. Habrá danza creativa, yoga, tantra, talleres inspiradores, terapias alternativas, meditaciones, círculos de canto y un Jardín Mágico para niños y niñas de todas las edades, creada con amor. Los sonidos sanadores de música con alma acompañarán el día, culminando con una Fiesta de Danza fantástica al anochecer.

El Ibiza Spirit Festival es una celebración de cómo, al encontrarnos en espíritu de amor, podemos crear olas de energía positiva que iluminarán al mundo hacia un mundo más hermoso.

EN Here on Ibiza we are lucky to have many opportunities to participate in activities that help us to get into the flow, and the largest of these is the bi-annual IBIZA SPIRIT FESTIVAL. The next edition of this transformative event will be on Sunday 26 April.

The beautiful agroturismo Atzaró will once again be the setting for this special day that inspires people to open their hearts and minds to new ways of thinking and being. There will be creative dance, yoga, tantra, inspirational workshops, alternative therapies, meditations, singing circles, and a magical Children’s Garden created with love for kids of all ages.

The healing sounds of soulful live music will fill the air all day, culminating with a fantastic Dance Party in the evening. The Ibiza Spirit Festival is a celebration of how, by coming together in the spirit of love, we can create waves of positive energy that will light the way to a more beautiful world.
