ASSOCIATION

General Manager’s Corner I’m so excited to be a part of this beautiful community and as the General Manager for Corte Bella. I have more than 17 years of comprehensive professional management experience. I’ve been with FirstService Residential for 11 of those years in the position of Community Manager and Assistant Community Coordinator. Most recently, I was the Community Manager for Arizona

Leann Blue, General Manager

Traditions Homeowners Association, where I made an immediate and lasting impact making friendships with the residents, staff and the Board of Directors. Prior to joining FirstService Residential, I served as Regional Director for Zuni Property Management. I oversaw 3 multi-family communities, which consisted of over 1500 units. I’ve been waiting for the perfect community to come along, and I feel I’ve found that in Corte Bella! I feel very welcomed by the Corte Bella staff, the Board of Directors, and the residents whom I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. I’m very excited to be your community manager and I look forward to meeting everyone. My office is always open. If I’m not in my office, I’m out walking the community getting a feel for it and staying very engaged with residents, committees and volunteers. Communication and collaboration are 2 of my highest priorities. I’ll work toward our shared goal of adding value every day to the Corte Bella community. I’ll be holding “The Low Down with Leann” on the 4th Friday of every month. I’ll have my fantastic

team with me, so they can provide updates on their tasks and also take questions. More information will be provided once the 1st Low Down date is finalized. I look forward to meeting you and to being a part of the Corte Bella Community. Just as a reminder, Corte Bella has a landscape contractor, Gothic Landscape Management, that provides landscape services for our community. As a contractor, they are specifically instructed not to interact with residents. I do meet with the Gothic management regularly, and I tour the community. But outside of these meetings, all our communication goes through the HOA Office to the contractor/vendor. Controlling the flow of communication to a vendor with one voice is critical to our agreement and to the success of the relationship. We want to ensure they hear only one voice or message, and one direction from our community. Sometimes, residents are tempted to approach the work crew or the Gothic manager to discuss an issue or report a problem they see. The correct process to do that is to complete a concern form and submit it to the HOA Office. (The concern form can be found on the CBCCA website under the “Document Center”, tab “Concern Form” or at the HOA Office.) Management is committed to responding to the forms submitted with action required or follow-up requested. If the work crew or Gothic Landscape management hears too many voices, they will not be as successful as we want them to be. It can also throw them off schedule and impede their ability to complete the daily tasks that are critical to our partnership. Management would appreciate all homeowners adhering to this policy.

From the Editor’s Desk And so it begins – the good weather months that remind us why we chose to live in the Valley of the Sun. September brings us cooler temperatures, the return of those folks who leave for the “hell months”, and

Linda Wright, Editor CB Times

all things that are related to Autumn. Corte Bella comes alive with more folks out and about. There are plenty of activities, both inside our gates and outside in the Phoenix metro area. The Labor Day Dinner Dance on September 6th is a great way to welcome

the beginning of our “season”. Then there is the comedy show on the 10th and the return of the Sunday Cabaret on the 19th. Make sure to join your friends and neighbors for the trip to Cottonwood and the Alcantara Vineyards on September 30th. Life in Corte Bella allows you to participate (or not) in community events and celebrate the best of Corte Bella. I hope you’ll find your way to the Anacapa for a happy hour, a lunch or dinner; and to the social hall to join in the fun of being with others who are invested in keeping Corte Bella a wonderful and welcoming place to live. As a community, we should all remember the 20th anniversary of the September 11th attacks on our country. Join the CB Vets on Patriot Day at our community flag pole at 7:00 AM to do just that.

Corte Bella Country Club Association, Inc. “Jewel of the Northwest Valley” Corte Bella Country Club Association, Inc. (“CBCCA”) is an Arizona Homeowners Association (the “HOA”), regulated by federal and state laws for planned unit developments and/or condominium rules and regulations. The HOA also is

Dave Saulnier CBCCA Board President,

regulated under the Maricopa County laws, public land zoning, and usage rules and regulations. To add to all of these governing bodies with their numerous, and sometimes onerous rules and regulations, CBCCA as an Arizona HOA has its own set of rules and regulations. These include (but are not limited to) the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (the “CC&R’s) , the Bylaws, and the Architectural Design Guidelines, (the “HOA Documents”). So, what does this mean? If you do not like structure, rules and regulations, living in a HOA may not be for you. No matter where you live (in a rural township setting, a city, an upscale development, or an HOA) each governing body has restrictive and protective safety rules and regulations that include such things as land usage, parking, speed limits, pet rules, fire and police safety measures, etc. As an HOA, CBCCA incorporates the Federal, State of Arizona, and Maricopa County mandated rules and regulations into its HOA Documents. Then it develops an additional set of rules and regulations into the HOA Documents to form its common-interest development. The entire concept of an HOA is that people having the same interests, likes, dislikes, and desires for a specific lifestyle will buy into the development. That is why prior to purchasing, buyers are required by law to be provided copies of the HOA Documents. They are advised to read them, seek legal advice to understand them, and then, and only then, sign them prior to purchasing. This is an acknowledgment that they have received them, read them, and agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions contained within them. What too often occurs in today’s busy and carefree society is that Buyers ignore the basics of purchasing homes in an HOA. They do not read the HOA Documents. Then, once they get into the community and are confronted with a home remodeling, landscaping, or other policy issue that relates to a violation outlined within one or more of the HOA Documents, they believe they can just ignore the rules and regulations. Or they immediately demand that the current HOA Board of Directors and/or

Architectural Review Committee change the HOA Documents to selfishly match the desires of the new homeowner. This can, and does, cause community ill-will and can be very divisive. Buyers and existing homeowners need to remember what it was initially that brought them to CBCCA and why Corte Bella remains the “Jewel of the West Valley”. •

CBCCA is well maintained with more colorful vegetation and landscaping than many desert communities.

The community has a public golf course inside of its gates that residents play and pay only if they choose to.

The streets aren’t cluttered with cars, RV’s, Boats.

We have our very own Food & Beverage Operation offering a good menu and tons of lifestyle events.

There are some really great amenities for a smaller community like ours.

Easy access with no traffic congestions to amenities.

Greater opportunity to be heard and be involved.

Financially sound balance sheet with $5.29 million in reserves, reasonable assessments with a continued history of operating year-after-year within budget.

Private roads, street lighting, parking lots, landscaping and more; all fully controlled under our management. Well-qualified, seasoned, and proven third-party professional management. There are far too many positives to list all that is great about living in Corte Bella. But, that is if you are of like-interest and if you like the type of living lifestyle that is present here. Living in an HOA comes down to three (3) choices, which when you think about it these are the same choices we have with just about everything we deal with in life: •

Accept what you have and don’t sweat the small stuff;

Be proactive. Try to facilitate reasonable and positive changes; or

If you can’t accept it or you can’t change it, move on and look for other/greener pastures.

In conclusion, Corte Bella is your community and every homeowner is in this together. Be a part of solutions to issues that might need to change versus becoming a part of the problem. Participate in committees, meetings and other opportunities to preserve your “HOA” as the best place to live in the Northwest Valley of the Sun.

Wine & Food: Uncorked Deborah Damery Lazear, CSW

(Note: this article was first published in 2018) Many Corte Bella wine lovers travel to places famous for their wines, and they bring some home. Much of this wine is not readily available in our local stores, so it is a real treat when a friend shares a special bottle. The food should showcase the wine, and a bridge between the two are just the trick. Here are a few tips to make this happen. If the wine is spicy, such as Zinfandel, Shiraz, or Gewürztraminer, the food will benefit from some finishing sea salt dusted on just before serving. Alternatively, add a bridging spice such as cinnamon, cayenne, or cumin to the dish. If the wine is tannic, (e.g. Cabernet Sauvignon) add crème frâiche, butter, or olive oil to the finished sauce. I have fun with truffle oil.

If the wine is acidic (Pinot Grigio, Barolo), substitute feta for Parmesan. An aged balsamic vinegar (18 years old) drizzled over the dish will also calm the acid. If the wine is herbaceous (Sauvignon Blanc), add parsley or basil with a little butter to finish.

First, identify if the wine has been aged in oak or aged in stainless steel (unoaked.) Some Chardonnay will have a little of both! Unoaked Chardonnay, such as Chablis and Burgundy, pair beautifully with oysters in the half shell, Humboldt Fog or Cheddar cheese, and Brussels sprouts. Oaked Chardonnay prefers sheep’s milk cheeses, coconut sauces and banana bread!

If the wine is high in alcohol (16-17%), roast some onions and puree them to make a sauce.

Frequently Asked Questions

If the wine is fruit-forward (aka sweet), like (Riesling Spätlese), add some chili to the dish. Replace broccoli or asparagus with spinach.

Q. Why do you match the wine to the most prominent element in the dish, not the category such as chicken, beef, etc.?

If the wine is oaky (Chardonnay, aged in oak), blend in a few vanilla beans into the sauce.

A. Consider the seasoning, cooking method, or sauce. Those may be the more pronounced flavors, not the chicken or fish underneath it. Veal cutlets simply cooked in a sauté pan with a squeeze of lemon would welcome a white wine with a little acidity such as Pinot Grigio. But turn that veal into Veal Marsala with mushrooms, and the rich Marsala wine in the sauce cries out for a soft, supple red like Barbara or Merlot.

COMMITTEES

For Your Information Dave Thomas, HOA Board Treasurer The 2022 budget process is in full swing, and hopefully this budget planning cycle will be unaffected by COVID and the new deviant. The past two years have been very difficult (as you all are well aware) to plan and manage the budget with such uncertainty. So far through the month of June, the 2021 budget is slightly positive year-to-date. Also, Leann Blue, our new General Manager, is working on her first Corte Bella budget. She is working diligently with the team to meet the following budget timetable as approved by the CBCCA Board of Directors. •

By August 31, the General Manager shall present the draft budget to the Finance Committee (FC) and CBCCA Board of Directors.

Finance Committee shall approve the final budget at their September meeting, or prior special Finance Committee meeting. (During the September timeframe, prior to the FC meeting, the FC Chair may send a copy of the draft budget to FC and CBCCA Board members for review, comments and questions).

After approval, the Finance Committee (in concert with the General Manager) will prepare and present the

recommended budget to the Board of Directors in an open meeting workshop. The presentation will include backup information available on how each line item was validated or adjusted. The budget presented must have the General Manager’s concurrence with exceptions, if any, noted as part of the discussion.

No later than October 24th, the CBCCA Board must approve a budget for the following fiscal year. Said Board approval date must provide, at a minimum, ten (10) days prior to the first Thursday in November. This deadline is necessary to allow sufficient and reasonable time for the Treasurer/Finance Committee and General Manager to prepare and coordinate the Membership Budget Presentation.

By the first Thursday in November, the Finance Committee will present the approved budget to the community in an open workshop.

By November 15, the General Manager must print and mail the approved budget to the community resident owners.

Many thanks to all the different individuals and teams that are working countless hours to meet our 2022 budget guidance.

Barrel Cacti in the front yard are not within ARC guidelines! From the Corte Bella Approved Plant List: A handful of different cacti are acceptable, but only in the rear yard or walled courtyard.

It’s time to weed and trim plants! 5.1.6-8 General Requirements:

We’ve had rain this summer! With this phenomenon, weeds are popping up everywhere, and plants are growing like crazy. Some lots have become overgrown. Let’s get to weeding. Trim all plants within the 5-foot setback to under 5 feet tall, and keep them from overhanging onto your neighbor’s property. If you are not here year-round, please make arrangements for your lot to be groomed and maintained while you are gone.

You can paint your trash can lid! 14.3 Trash Containers:

Trash can lids may be painted to match the existing color as installed by Pulte (green), the body color of the house, or Sedona Red to match the rock color.

You don’t always have to wait for the ARC’s monthly meeting to get approval of your exterior changes!

Once your request and plans are submitted to the HOA office, it is possible that the ARC members will review your submission via email as a “quick sign”. If the submission is routine in nature, not too complicated, i.e. not a pool or landscape plan, and your request is complete and clear, then in many cases the committee can render the decision within a couple of days.

Corte Bella Vets Happenings Karen Starkman Please join the Corte Bella Vets for our Annual Patriot Day Ceremony on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at 7:00 AM. We will meet at the grassy area near our community flagpole. Following the ceremony, we will walk around the circle. All are welcome to join at any point; golf carts, bicycles, and cars are also welcome. The Corte Bella Golf Club will be open at 8:00 AM for breakfast for those who wish to partake. Full details and schedule of events are available on the Corte Bell Vets website at www.cortebellavets.org.

John, a U.S. Army Veteran, recently approached an AmeriCorps member in Surprise with his story. He and his wife moved to Arizona, but when his wife died, he was adrift, with little resources to return home to his Michigan family. He wasn’t sure where to turn, but knew that he needed money to make the 2,000+ mile trip home. Allison Wisniewski, from AmeriCorps, reached out to the Corte Bella Vets to see if we would consider assisting. Within 24 hours, it was agreed that he needed help, and we would make it happen. Ralph Brown acquired $1,000 in Visa Cards which were given to John for his journey home. It is because of you, the residents of Corte Bella, and the Corte Bell Veteran’s Group that we were able to make this happen. Thank you all for your support.

COMMUNITY

Corte Bella Adventure Group Steve Downing Summer brings about the normal slow down of Corte Bella Adventure Group activities. The summer of “21”, we saw a total hiatus of events due to Covid, temperatures, and the normal disbursement of members throughout the country and Canada. I believe this September will bring a new season, one which feels more normal to the Adventure Group. With most of us receiving the vaccine, we should see a renewed comfort in spending time with our friends, carpooling, and having lunch together after a hike. Sunday bike rides will begin in September, and hikes beginning the first Tuesday in November. Both of our longer rides are scheduled for this fall, such as the 36 mile ride to the Arizona Biltmore and the 30 mile ride from Scottsdale to Tempe along the green belt. Beth and I had the opportunity to spend a few days with Bruce and Colleen Kelly at their lake house in Cor D’Alene. They were magnificent hosts, and we had a fantastic time. Frants and Nanette Madsen were able to spend some time with Rich & Jan Lowe in Worthington, Minnesota. Steve and Bennie Miller are out gallivanting through California, I believe. There is a Corte Bella Adventure Group Facebook page where some members do post their whereabouts and share pictures. I certainly hope to see our Canadian friends this year. We all missed you last year, and anxiously await your return. For those of you that spend the summers in the Northwest, we found a nice trail north of Cle Elum, Washington called Pete’s Lake. We were able to drive to Cooper Lake (a fantastic kayaking lake), and from there a 9 mile roundtrip hike to Pete’s Lake, in the Alpine Lakes area of Washington. While the distance may seem

long, the elevation change is only 400 feet. From the Washington Trails Association: Pete Lake is the headwater of the Cooper River, the most significant waterway of the Salmon la Sac region. The trail to the lake is one of the more popular hiking pathways on the east side of Snoqualmie Pass, with its diversity of uses and wildlife. It is enjoyable for campers, hikers, and birders. Climbers use it as a staging area for tackling Big Summit Chief and Chimney Rock. From the parking area, the trail heads northwest into the forest, at times hugging the Cooper River. Pass under towering old growth western white pine, Douglas fir, western hemlock, mountain hemlock, and Engelmann spruce—you may need to check cones to tell who’s who! The trail has a mild amount of up-and-down, some of which results from crossing eight easily-forded creeks. Pack animals walk this trail, too, so watch your steps. The trail’s grade and direction are consistent; 4.5 miles from and 400 feet higher than your starting point, boot-paths diverge and reach out to campsites at the shore of the lake. Along the way and at the lake, you may notice hummingbirds, common mergansers, pine siskins, evening grosbeaks, fishers, and martens. Deer, bobcats, coyotes, and cougar prowl this area. When you reach the lake, which sits in a broad basin, apply your bug spray, for the mosquitoes love this lake, too. Watch the birds, photograph the flowers, or take a swim in the shallow waters. When the weather is clear and the waters are calm, Chimney Rock to the left and Big Summit Chief to the right, both to the northwest, are reflected in the waters. Hope you all had a fantastic summer. For us, tomorrow is cruise day. Photos: Steve Downing

There’s a New Wine Group in Town! Jeanie and Jesse Young Meet the “CB Winetasting Group.” This group is led by Jeanie and Jesse Young, recent transplants from Colorado. They have steered and participated in wine groups for some two decades, and want to share their excitement for wine with their new community. The main objective of the CB Winetasting Group is social, with the idea that you can enjoy the company of others while learning about wine along the way. You don’t have to be a sommelier to thoroughly enjoy the many varietals and approaches to wine from around the world. The themes are as varied as the wines and the regions they represent. The group will meet in a host’s home on a monthly basis, rotating across members. The host chooses the theme, purchases the wine, and presents their offering according to the their own personal approach. Each attending member or couple brings an appetizer or dessert, and pays a nominal fee for the wine. The group will meet on the 2nd Saturday of the month, with some flexibility for the host and around the holidays. The first get-

together will be on Saturday, October 9, at 6:00 PM. Location information will follow. Additional details can be obtained by calling or emailing Jesse D. Young at jessedyoung23@gmail.com or 303-748-9897.

Auto Meets Home Ask Agnes

We’re all looking for the easy way to get things done, aren’t we? I know I am. I’ve been researching this for perhaps more than 50 years. I’m calling myself an expert! One of my favorite speed-dusting tricks is commonly called “The California Duster.” I’ll bet you’ve seen one, or may have one, but you use it to dust your car. It can do so much more. I use it to dust my doors and cabinets, all large areas that have irregular surfaces. The fibers adjust to grab and hold the dust. Sure does make a tedious job go fast. It works well on outdoor furniture and dusty outside windows. You’ll find other uses to suit your needs. They’re pretty cheap, considering how much time and effort they save. The ones I purchased came in a two-pack. One is small-sized to dust shelves and is a little larger in area than my hand. Feel free to ask me questions about any home maintenance issues. I’ve lived here for 17 years and have dealt with care and upkeep of Corte Bella homes for most of that time. Contact me at dawn.cortebella@yahoo.com.

PORA Education: Learning Opportunities Bets Barrett, Educational Coordinator

PORA (Looking Out For You) If you are an adult with a passion for lifelong learning, you’ve come to the right place! Learning never ends; at least, it shouldn’t. In the past, many of us had to focus on education as a pathway to career or financial success. Imagine if you were free to learn virtually anything you want. What would you want to understand better? What skills have you wanted to develop or try but haven’t had the chance? What has piqued your interest that you haven’t learned enough about? Learning is a lifelong journey, and you are now freer to learn than you ever have been before. PORA Education, or PEP as we like to call ourselves, provides programs for ongoing learning. Sun City West, Corte Bella, Sun City Grand, and all nearby communities can take advantage of events, special interest groups, and courses in art, gardening, financial planning, and much more! And ... you do not need to be a PORA member to enjoy our classes. Everyone is welcome. Starting in September for our Fall classes, we will offer two types of learning experiences: Events and Classes.

PORA EVENTS

PORA is proud to host a new series of free events each month, starting in September. Every month is dedicated to a specific topic requested by our own residents with presentations from community experts and PORA cited vendors. Join us each month for Coffee and Donuts at 9:00 AM. Meet our panel of experts for an open Q & A from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. More in-depth breakout sessions from each expert in separate classrooms follow from 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM. While each monthly event is free, registration, to hold your seat/place is required in advance.

September 13 (Monday) – Gardening and Landscaping

Learn about pot and planter gardening, everything irrigation from a real expert, landscape design from a pro, DIY artificial turf (for pets and patio), best trees, best plants for AZ – and much more!

October 18 (Monday) – Financial Planning

Every answer to reverse mortgages, wills, and trusts, investing, taxes, extended healthcare, and more.

November 15 (Monday) – Construction and Renovation

and AZ Fish and Game. Bring the grandkids if they are visiting – they will love it, too. Again – space is limited – be sure to register!

Traditional classes will also be offered. Most are at a nominal cost of $20.00; however, many are offered free. Be sure to take a look at out catalog on line at https://www.porascw.org/poraeducation-program/; pick up a printed copy at our center 13815 W. Camino del Sol, Sun West City. Or, call us at 623-584-4288 X415, and we can answer any questions you might have. Drop by the Corte Bella administrative office to pick up your free catalog copy. (This is a reprint of an article first published in the January 2018 CB Times.) On my frequent walks around Corte Bella, I have noticed a variety of ways trees have been trimmed. I have recently become a Master Gardener, and am becoming more aware of the damage that can be done to a tree if not properly pruned. Why should you care? Cost: The tree cost of topping is often hidden—-lower property values, expense of removal, and replacement if the tree dies or is damaged by the wind. Ugliness: A chopped tree is disfigured and provides no aesthetic benefit or functional benefit. Starvation: Topping a tree removes so much of the tree’s leafy crown that it dangerously reduces the tree’s food-making ability. Shock: By removing the tree’s canopy, the bark tissue is exposed to the sun and scalding can cause tree death. Insects and disease: The exposed ends of topped limbs are highly vulnerable to insect invasion or decay from fungi spores.

So as you can see in the illustration, the properly pruned tree is growing slower and less dense. Thus, it is more beautiful with its size controlled, and is safer and healthier. You also do not get extra sprouts at the base of the tree.

An arborist is your best option for pruning your tree. Another option is to talk to your landscaper about how you want the tree trimmed. There are plenty of websites that give you proper pruning Source: Tree City USA, City USA, Arbor Day Foundati techniques. Go to extension. (Source: Tree Arbor Day Foundation Arizona.edu/MaricopaMG for publications and see pub. AZ1139. Keep Corte Bella beautiful and safe with proper care of your trees.

Weak Limbs: New branches that grow from stubbed limbs are weakly attached and more liable to break. Rapid new growth: Instead of controlling the height and spread of the tree, topping has the opposite effect. New branches are more numerous and grow higher than before. Tree death: Some tree species cannot tolerate major branch loss.

What’s Happening in Corte Bella For Pam Lawrence (compiled by Linda Wright)

Jason Love Comedy Show Friday, July 16

Corte Bella loves to laugh, and these events are perfect for our residents. Jason brought his funny friends with him from LA, and there were plenty of belly laughs this evening. Perfect summer fun.

Corte Bella Annual Ice Cream Social Sunday, July 24

This annual event was again a big success with 250 residents coming in for a cool treat, and a chance to hang with friends in the social hall. All those who stay for the long, hot summer months in Arizona were rewarded for their tenacity thanks to the CBCCA.

Cooking with Chef Dan Friday, July 30

Anacapa’s Wine Pairing Dinner Wednesday, July 21

The Anacapa provided a wonderful meal with specially selected wines from Arizona’s own Page Springs vineyard in the Verde Valley. The event even had an anniversary celebration for Tom and Paula Penkauskas.

Executive Chef Dan Haywood excited the class participants with Asian Kitchen recipes for this event. Watching Chef prepare tempura vegetables with two dipping sauces was a treat, and the technique for making Kim-chi relish was something new for everyone. The Korean short-ribs were so delicious, and the surprise of the Black Thai Rice pudding for desert was almost magical. It was a wonderful way to spend a hot summer afternoon.

Corte Bella Golf Club News Tyson Siegler, Membership Director We survived another summer, and now we are in the homestretch, heading into the climate for which we all live here! The golf course transitioned to the summer Bermuda grass very nicely this year, with the help of the monsoon rains. September is a great time to come and play some golf. The golf club is offering residents a special rate of $49 after 8:00 AM any day of the week for the month of September. September will be the last chance to play at great summer rates.

This year, the course will be closing on Monday, October 4th for the over-seed process and will reopen for play on Friday, October 22nd (under cart path only restriction). During this period, the golf club grill will also be closed for seasonal cleaning. We look forward to another great 2021 winter season, and 2022 spring season here at the golf club. We hope to see you all over here enjoying a round of golf or a cocktail with friends.

Corte Bella Tennis Club News Donna Norton In the book “Late to the Ball”, Gerald Marzorati, a retiring editor for the New York Times Magazine, decides to take up tennis. He hopes to be able to play with the very best by attending training camps around the country, entering tournaments, and taking weekly lessons with a professional tour player. Fortunately, he eventually realizes that playing on his home courts is extremely rewarding because of new friendships developed, the game keeps him exercising, and every so often, he has a “win” that feels great! Here in Corte Bella, we have many opportunities to learn, play, and win in a game of tennis. •

On Monday, Wednesday and Friday, we have drop-in tennis where all are welcome to join in at 7:00 a.m.

On Tuesday, we have Ladies Play in the morning and Mixed Doubles in the evenings.

On Wednesday morning, we have a free clinic on Court 4 at 7:00 a.m.

On Fridays, the ladies play in the West Valley League with other local communities, including Sun City West, Sun City Grand, and Sun City.

On Saturday mornings, we have 3.5 and 4.0 play for anyone interested.

If you want to start a league, please let us know and we will get the word out. Our Tennis Club will be planning tournaments for the coming year in the near future, and we welcome your participation. Tennis adds life to your years and years to your life!
