Para llegar a los Himalayas desde México es un largo viaje, una aventura extraordinaria que recorres por avión, automóvil y por último una caminata de aproximadamente 3 horas. Mi destino final era Syalna, una comunidad rural al norte de los Himalayas que cuenta con alrededor de 300 habitantes, es una localidad mística de la India sumamente espiritual, con muchas tradiciones y fiestas relacionadas a la religión; es la cuna del Yoga.

Ha sido de las experiencias más culturales y más trascendentales que he vivido, en donde se generó un intercambio cultural, hablando con los habitantes acerca de nuestras tradiciones, creencias y religión. Todos los días los habitantes hacen un ritual religioso llamado Pujá y toman el tradicional té Masala Chai.
